GEOLOCATED DIGITAL ASSETS, AR OVERLAYS, OWNERSHIP NODES AND A CENTRAL PROTECTED-POSITION FIELD

The environment below is an illustrative representation prepared for review purposes. It is a visual aid to the architecture under review and is not a drawing from the patent specification, nor a representation of any particular product.

FROM PHYSICAL LOCATION TO DIGITAL OWNERSHIP

WHAT EACH LAYER OF THE GRAPHIC REPRESENTS

L1

Geolocated digital assets

Each marker represents a digital asset bound to a specific real-world coordinate. Position is an attribute of the asset itself, not merely a label applied to it, so discovery, access and transfer all resolve against that location.

L2

Augmented-reality overlays

The dashed parcels and elevated cards indicate content surfaced in an augmented-reality view when a user is physically present at, or oriented toward, the asset's location. The overlay is the access surface, not the asset record.

L3

Ownership nodes

The node points denote recorded digital ownership. A transaction at the surface produces a corresponding change of ownership in the underlying record, keeping the marketplace state and ownership state connected.

L4

Map-based discovery grid

The ground grid represents map-based discovery: the mechanism by which a user locates assets in the surrounding environment before any access or transaction step occurs.

L5

Central protected-position field

The converging lines and central field represent the orchestration itself. The reviewed position concerns the connected sequence across these layers, rather than any single technology within it.

Orchestration thesis

The illustration is deliberately layered: the reviewed position lies in the connected sequence across the layers, not in any single function shown within it.

Sequence shown in the graphic

  1. OWNER

    Party holding a digital asset.

  2. DIGITAL ASSET

Image, video, audio, 3D object, NFT or collectible.

  3. SELECT PHYSICAL / GEO-LOCATED POSITION

A selectable location, space or physical object reference.

  4. VIRTUAL PLACEMENT

Asset is anchored to the selected position.

  5. MAP-BASED DISCOVERY

A map identifies where assets may be viewed.

  6. USER PHYSICALLY APPROACHES LOCATION

Physical presence within the relevant area.

  7. AR ACCESS / VIEWING

Asset rendered in combination with the real world.

  8. ASSET INTERACTION

    Inspection, engagement, conditioned access.

  9. PURCHASE / TRADE

Marketplace listing, offer, bidding or trade.

  10. DIGITAL OWNERSHIP / BLOCKCHAIN PROCESS

    Ownership recorded or transferred.
